Overall Opinion:

Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum is an average serum that works really well to target dark marks and pigmentation on the face, but unfortunately doesn’t do as well with helping to get rid of fine lines and wrinkles.

When I first applied Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum to my face, I noticed it had a gel-like consistency and felt cooling on the skin.

The bottle has a pump applicator which I like not only for sanitary purposes, but also to control the amount of product used. This gel-like serum is thin when spread out onto the skin and you only need about half a pump for the entire face and neck.

Once it dries down, it leaves the skin feeling nice and soft. Something I don’t enjoy is the smell of this product which is fruity and strong, and unfortunately the smell lingers even after the product dries.

After using Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum for the first time, I woke up with really tight and dry skin. I know this can be expected with retinol products so I wasn’t too bothered, but I didn’t notice any immediate differences besides for the tightness.

Over a longer period of time, I noticed that it was helping greatly with my dark marks and hyperpigmentation but unfortunately it did virtually nothing for my fine lines and wrinkles. It also was so drying that my skin was peeling and flaking.

Overall, Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum works well for anyone looking to target marks on the skin, but ultimately doesn’t work well to help with fine lines, wrinkles, and antiaging.

Detailed Opinion:

The texture of Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum is a light, gel-like consistency that feels nice on the skin.

When you rub the product into the skin, it feels cooling and has a very liquid consistency.

Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum has a pump applicator, which I like a lot for sanitary purposes and it makes it easy to control how much to use.

I’m glad this product comes with a pump because a little bit of product goes a long way; you only need about half a pump for your entire face and neck.

Drying Time

Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum dries pretty quickly, within about 30 seconds after it’s applied to the skin.

Once the product is completely dry, it leaves the skin feeling really soft.

Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum has a strong fruity smell which is kind of off-putting, and after it dries, the smell still lingers.

Short Term Results

After using Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum for the first time, my skin looked and felt kind of dry and tight the next morning. Other than that, there were no immediate differences to my skin.

Longer Term Results

Over time, Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum made my skin extremely dry and extremely flaky which can tend to be a side effect of some retinols, especially when they contain as much retinol as this serum.

The main differences I saw in my skin from Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum were that it really helped with dark marks and hyperpigmentation. But, as far as helping plump the skin or target fine lines and wrinkles, I wasn’t as impressed. This works much better on spots and not as well on aging.

Ingredients Analysis

Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum contains a lot of great ingredients including Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E, and Aloe Vera.

Hyaluronic Acid works really well to lock in moisture to the skin and plumps the skin by resorting hydration.

Vitamin E contains antioxidants which are supposed to help reverse signs of aging of the skin and prevent further damage from happening.

Aloe Vera is supposed to significantly improve the elasticity of the skin and help reverse fine lines and remove wrinkles.

All three of these ingredients together, as well as the rest of the ingredients in Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum, should greatly help reduce signs of aging.

The cost of Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum is $19.95 for 1 oz of products.

This is a bit above an average price for a retinol serum.

Yeouth Retinol 2.5% Serum has a 100% money back guarantee.
