Overall Opinion:

MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate is a really good retinol serum which helps fight fine lines and wrinkles.

The texture and feeling of this retinol serum are really thick and oily; the consistency doesn’t feel great on the skin because it feels like it’s just sitting on the skin without drying down or absorbing.

It’s really easy to apply; it comes in a dropper bottle and you only need about 4 drops to cover your whole face, neck, and chest.

Even though this is a pricey retinol serum, I think because you need so little, it will last a long time which makes the price worth it since it really does work.

After using this Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate for a while, I noticed that it was plumping up my skin and my skin was feeling much more hydrated than normal. It also helped a lot with evening out my skin tone and getting rid of acne marks and hyperpigmentation.

Overall, MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate works really well to help plump up fine lines and wrinkles and makes the skin appear more bright and clear.

Detailed Opinion:

Texture/Feel

The texture and feeling of MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate is very thick and oily. On the skin, it feels thick and heavy, and kind of like it’s sitting on top of the skin rather than fully absorbing into the skin.

Application

MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate is super easy to apply; it comes in a bottle with a dropper applicator which makes it easy to control the amount of product dispersed.

You don’t need to use too many drops to cover the whole face, neck and chest; a little bit goes a long way, which is great because it’s an expensive product.

Drying Time

MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate is a thick and heavy serum that almost feels more like an oil than a serum, and because of that consistency, it doesn’t really dry down on the skin. That is a definite downside because it feels uncomfortable on the skin, especially to sleep with.

Smell

The smell of MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate is nice; it has a very subtle citrusy and fruity scent.

Short Term Results

After using MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate, I didn’t notice much of a difference to my skin at all.

Longer Term Results

After using MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate for a longer period of time, I started to notice my skin was looking very plump and hydrated. I also had a much more even skin tone than normal and my acne scars and hyperpigmentation were becoming less visible and going way. My fine lines and wrinkles looked plumped and smoothed out.

Ingredients Analysis

MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate is full of a bunch of really great ingredients such as vitamin A, pumpkin seed extract, and tomato seed extract. These three ingredients are great for targeting fine lines and wrinkles in the skin and plumping them up.

Vitamin A is full of antioxidants which are great for the skin. Vitamin A is known to help produce collagen which helps the skin heal itself, which in turn will plump and hydrate fine lines and wrinkles.

Pumpkin seed extract does amazing things for the skin like help retain moisture, fight off free radicals, and give a more youthful appearance to the skin. It can help improve skin tone and help with skin renewal as well.

Tomato seed extract helps fight premature aging by fighting free radicals. When using tomato seed extract, it can smooth deep wrinkles as well as help with age spots and hyperpigmentation.

Price

The cost of MD Complete Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate is $28.99 for 0.5 ounces of product which comes to $57.98 per oz.

This is definitely a pricier retinol serum.
