Indeed Retinol Reface, was not my favorite product, however the price was right!
For a $19.99 “drugstore quality” product, it may be worth a try, especially if you’re new to using these types of products.
I rated this a 2.5/5 based on the level of retinol this product has. It’s tough to compare this to the more expensive products because the quality is simply not there.
If attempting to compare it to the higher end products, then it would rate closer to a 1.5 because it’s below average for sure.
I didn’t experience any negative side effects from this cream which was one plus.
My skin did appear to be more hydrated after time and my skin clarity seemed to improve, however I noticed no change to my lines and wrinkles.
This is a very mild product.
Indeed Retinol Reface has a lightweight feel to it.
It has the texture of a typical face lotion; however it’s not greasy at all which is nice!
Applying Retinol Reface is simple.
After you cleanse your skin at night, you apply a thin layer to your face and neck.
I used this serum every night because of how mild it is.
This product dries quickly which is a plus.
No more then about 30 seconds after you apply you, it begins to absorb and soon after, it’s all soaked in.
Although not overwhelming, this product doesn’t have the best of scents.
When you first pump it out, it seems almost fragrance free, but then you notice a really bitter scent.
It doesn’t smell like anything in particular, it just has a very medicinal fragrance.
It dissipates about 5-7 minutes after you apply, so it’s not THAT bad.
Short Term Results
After waking up the next morning after using Retinol Reface, I didn’t notice any change.
My skin looked good, and I didn’t experience any side effects, but I also didn’t notice any real difference.
Longer Term Results
Longer term I noticed a few changes to my skin, but nothing overwhelmingly fantastic.
My skin appeared to be more hydrated then anything.
I felt as if the results that I saw where more in line with really just using any type of night product consistently.
Indeed Retinol Reface contains a mixture of very cheap ingredients, in my opinion.
It does contain a small amount if retinol (even though they don’t tell you how much).
Since I didn’t notice a huge change to my lines and wrinkles, I would have to say it’s a very mild amount.
It also contains palmitoyl, which tends to be a controversial ingredient.
Palmitoyl is said to have anti-aging effects, which is awesome, however many also claim that it’s bad for you as well.
A one-ounce container Indeed Retinol Reface is a very inexpensive $19.99.
This is on the lower end of the price range for this type of product.
This product will be given the guarantee of whichever store you buy it from.
Due to the fact that you can’t buy it directly from Indeed, the return policy will be different.
