Overall Opinion:

Baebody Beauty Retinol Moisturizer is a good moisturizer that helps slightly with anti-aging, but not as much as you would hope.

The product feels very creamy and moisturizing on the skin, and has a super soft and luxe feeling to the cream.

It takes a bit to work the product into your skin because it’s so thick, but once it’s worked into the skin, it dries down pretty fast and doesn’t leave your face feelings sticky or gross.

I didn’t see any quick results with this product.  It did make my face feel hydrated, but overnight it didn’t make any difference at all to my fine lines or wrinkles.

Over time, I noticed a small difference in the hydration of my skin which did help a bit with lines on my face, but not as much as I am looking for. When I try a retinol cream, I look for it to really help with the wrinkles on my face and plump the fine lines.

Overall, Baebody Beauty Retinol Moisturizer works well as a moisturizer, but not as well to help with anti-aging.

Detailed Opinion:

Texture/Feel

Baebody Beauty Retinol Moisturizer is a thick cream that feel pretty heavy on the skin when it’s first applied.

It has a soft and moisturizing consistency that feels kind of luxurious on the skin, like many thick creams do.

Application

The application of the product is fairly easy, but since the product is thick, it takes a bit more working into the skin than a typical gel or moisturizer.

The bottle itself has a press down top and lets out almost too much product, so I do suggest not pressing the top all the way down or you’ll end up with an excess of moisturizer.

The cream takes probably 30 seconds to fully rub into the skin, like I said, it’s really thick so you’ll have to work it in.

Drying Time

Baebody Beauty Retinol Moisturizers takes about 30 seconds to dry once it’s full applied onto the skin.

It does dry completely down, which I was skeptical about because of the consistency.  But after 30 seconds, it’s totally absorbed and dry.

Smell

The smell of Baebody Beauty Retinol Moisturizer is really soft and smells like many skin care products do… slightly fresh.

The smell stays on your face and never really goes away.

Short Term Results

I didn’t notice any short term results besides for maybe a bit more moisture in my skin.

When I woke up the next morning, my face did feel hydrated, but the overall look of my skin was the same.

Longer Term Results

The longer term results were much different from the short term results.  This product is definitely moisturizing which I like, and that does help with fine lines.

As far as lines and wrinkles on my face, there wasn’t much of a noticeable difference.

I would expect to see more of a difference on my face when it comes to retinol products; there was a slight change but nothing too noticeable.

Ingredients Analysis

Baebody Beauty Retinol Moisturizer has some interesting ingredients, and many ingredients that are common in retinol products.

First, it contains Vitamin E which contains antioxidants and free radical fighting agents. When the skin can fight off free radicals, it can slow down the aging process and help with existing fine lines and wrinkles.

Vitamin B5 is thought to seriously help stop the aging process by stopping the progression of any existing wrinkles.

Another ingredient is green tea which is found in a lot of beauty products. Green tea contains antioxidants which we know are essential in fighting the aging process.

These three ingredients are packed full of anti-aging properties and can help significantly with fine lines and wrinkles.

Price

The cost of Baebody Beauty Retinol Moisturizer is $19.95 for 1.7 oz which comes to $11.73 per oz.

This is a pretty inexpensive product for a retinol.

Guarantee

Baebody Beauty Retinol Moisturizer unfortunately doesn’t have a guarantee.
